Great service resolving a rare 'failed' exchange

My exchange "failed" due to a large unfavorable price movement while my deposit was confirming. I was glad that it did! But then I needed to email support for a refund. They responded quickly, and were professional and helpful. Once the details were confirmed, the refund itself took several hours to arrive, but it all worked out perfectly. Great!

i used their services multiple times and every time the exchange was successful. beware of multiple scam sites that try to mimic this site, they are phishing sites. the one with .io domain is genuine

Okay so far

Okay so far. everything gone thorugh smooth on Simplyswap. I was kinda expecting something to go wrong because that's how it usually goes with exchanges. Didn't have to reload or wait. I pickedup my coins, made the swap and completed it faster than i thought.
