Great service resolving a rare 'failed' exchange

My exchange "failed" due to a large unfavorable price movement while my deposit was confirming. I was glad that it did! But then I needed to email support for a refund. They responded quickly, and were professional and helpful. Once the details were confirmed, the refund itself took several hours to arrive, but it all worked out perfectly. Great!

i used their services multiple times and every time the exchange was successful. beware of multiple scam sites that try to mimic this site, they are phishing sites. the one with .io domain is genuine

Awesome utility!

Okay so far

Okay so far. everything gone thorugh smooth on Simplyswap. I was kinda expecting something to go wrong because that's how it usually goes with exchanges. Didn't have to reload or wait. I pickedup my coins, made the swap and completed it faster than i thought.

Support was awesome

Support was awesome. I sent some tfuel to exchange for another coin. Although it got stuck, but Antony from support help me every step of way. Good platforms like SimpleSwap should be applauded. My problem was solved within 1-2 hours. Antony held my hand throughout the whole process.

A friend recommended Simpleswap to me because the fees there are very low (I can't rate myself as I haven't used any other swap exchanges). Very intuitive user interface, no registration necessary and swapping takes place within minutes. Fast & uncomplicated, there are also a lot of currencies and not just the well-known ones. The support is one of the fastest I've seen. After 15 minutes I had an answer, I wrote at 7 a.m. and he was also very friendly.

The technical support is very quick to respond and eager to help (such as in my case where funds were temporarily lost due to the transaction timing out with some but not all funds transferred). The exchange itself works very intuitively and with better prices than some other platforms I encountered. And as noted, any issues are handled surprisingly effectively by the team.

So first of all i did a small exchange just to test things out for example $50 worth of tr and it worked, so then i did the rest of the transaction, just because of some paranoia on my part. It only took me 10 minutes overall

Since I used the floating rate, the final amount changed a little from the quote, but the interface warns you about that. The fees and spread rates are similar to those in other aggregators. Good option for a quick swap without verification.

The exchange I default to was slow, so I did a USDC to ETH swap through this platform instead. The ETH arrived about 5 minutes after I sent the USDC. They did not push me to make an account on the way out. Liked the simplicity
