Once you create a Customer Account, you automatically become a participant in the Loyalty Program. Swap crypto using our service to accumulate exchange volume and earn more cashback.

When you create an exchange, you have 90 days for that trade to count towards your Loyalty Program level. On the 91st day, that initial trade no longer counts, and the 90-day period moves forward to include your newer trades. Think of it like a moving window that always covers the last 90 days. In your Customer Account, you can find a chart showing which trades are currently inside this 90-day window and which ones are not. If you’ve accumulated enough, you’ll move up a loyalty level. Check out the requirements here. You will keep your level indefinitely, even if you trade less in the future. Let’s look at the hypothetical example of John. John signed up and his first exchange accounted for 4,000 USDT. He got a 5% service fee discount thanks to the Bronze level he got automatically. Two months later, he traded the same amount (4,000 USDT), so now his total is 8,000 USDT within a 90-day window. When he came back another two months later, the first trade was no longer within the 90-day period, but the second trade still was. John's third exchange amounted to 7,000 USDT, so his total within the 90-day window became 11,000 USDT (4,000 USDT from the second trade plus 7,000 USDT from the third). This means that John reached the Silver level, which requires a 10,000 USDT volume within 90 days. On the Silver level, he’ll get a 10% service fee discount for every exchange until he reaches the next level.

Depending on your Loyalty level, we’re calculating a discount to the service fees that are included in the exchange rate, reducing your costs. The higher your level, the bigger the discount you receive, up to 20%.

In your Customer Account, you can see how much you've traded, what loyalty level you're on, and what exchange volume is necessary to get to the next level.

Once you reach a new loyalty level, the cashback you get and other bonuses will stick with you. Even if you don't trade as much later on, you still keep those rewards.
