SimpleSwap Loyalty Program: Fee Discounts and Enhanced Benefits

At SimpleSwap, we’re excited to offer even more perks to our most loyal users. Alongside our USDT cashback rewards, the Loyalty Program now includes discounts on service fees, making each transaction more cost-effective the higher your user level.

In this guide on the SimpleSwap’s Loyalty Program, we’ll show you how your exchanges can unlock rewards at four levels, earning you USDT cashback (on eligible levels) and lower fees along the way.

How to Use the SimpleSwap Loyalty Program

Create a Customer Account or log in with Google.

Once you do, you will automatically become a participant of our Loyalty Program and receive the first level.

Loyalty Program Levels

There are 4 levels. To unlock them, reach the appropriate cumulative all-time exchange volume.

Every exchange you make counts toward your Loyalty Program level permanently — there is no expiration window.

For example, you signed up with SimpleSwap and made an exchange of 4,000 USDT. You automatically received a 5% discount on the service fee. Two months later, you make another exchange for 6,000 USDT, bringing your all-time total to 10,000 USDT. This qualifies you for Silver level, and you’ll get a 10% fee discount on all new exchanges.

Cashback begins at Gold level.

Reward Mode at Gold and Platinum

At Gold and Platinum levels, you can choose how you’d like to be rewarded. By default, cashback is active — but you can switch to an enhanced fee discount instead, giving up cashback in exchange for a larger reduction on every swap:

You can switch between modes once per month in your Customer Account.

USDT Cashback (Recap)

Cashback is now available starting from Gold level (when the default cashback mode is active):

• Bronze: No cashback
• Silver: No cashback
• Gold: 0.1% cashback
• Platinum: 0.4% cashback

The minimum withdrawal amount is 250 USDT across all levels.

Once you reach a new level (beyond Bronze), you’ll keep it permanently, even if your trading volume later drops below the threshold.
